Висновок і література - фібриляція передсердь і тиреотоксикоз

ВИСНОВОК

Ведення пацієнтів з фібриляцією передсердь в поєднанні з виявленими або раніше діагностованим тиреотоксикозом є складною і недостатньо вивченою клінічною проблемою. У більшості зарубіжних посібників вказується, що лікування цих хворих повинно проводитися переважно ендокринологом. Однак існуючі реалії показують, що не тільки у кардіологів, а й у ендокринологів немає єдиного уявлення про тактику їх ведення. В результаті, пацієнт виявляється між фахівцями, дії яких часто неузгоджені. Багато в чому це обумовлено тим, що дані РКП по цій проблемі або недостатні, або просто відсутні, а більшість рекомендацій засновано або на результатах ретроспективних досліджень і окремих клінічних спостережень, або на особистому досвіді лікаря і здоровий глузд. Сподіваємося, що представлений матеріал і пропонована нами схема спостереження (рис. 3), заснована на літературних даних і власному клінічному досвіді, сприятиме більш ефективному веденню цих хворих.
